Last evening we had a lovely organic, grass fed, fillet for dinner. It was wonderful. More importantly, it was accompanied by a bottle of 2018 Three Feathers Reserve 667 Pinot Noir. Frankly, the level of perfection reached by this young wine was a most pleasurable surprise. Given that it is from grapes from a quite young vineyard, it's depth of color and complexity was outstanding. It demonstrated a very nice nose. It opened up nicely in the glass and was quite smooth even this young. The finish was lovely. I think in a few more years it will be truly outstanding. So, there you go! Seems like a winner to us.
