AUTOMATIC RENEWAL POLICY FOR THREE FEATHERS FLIGHT CLUB:

To join the Flight Club, please agree to the following terms and conditions:

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age. My Flight Club Membership (“Membership”) renews automatically annually for a total of one (1) or two (2) wine shipments per year. The number of bottles I receive is determined by the Membership shipping option I have selected. The variety of bottles I receive is determined by my choosing. The cost of each Club Member Shipment is the retail value of the shipped wine (less my membership discount), plus tax, and any shipping costs. I authorize 3F Wines LLC to bill my credit card on the first of each Club Member Shipment month (“Billing Date”) for this amount. I authorize 3F Wines LLC to bill my credit card for any re-shipment costs incurred because my Club Member Shipment is returned to the winery. I understand that I may cancel my Membership without penalty any time after the 12 bottle minimum purchase commitment is fulfilled and that my Membership will continue until cancelled. I can cancel online by logging in to my Member Profile or by email: elise@threefeathersestate.com. If I cancel my Membership before purchasing the 12 bottle minimum, I authorize 3F Wines LLC to charge my credit card for an amount equal to the Membership discounts I received up to the date of cancellation. To avoid being charged for a Club Member Shipment, a cancellation request must be submitted seven (7) days before the next Billing Date. Club Member Shipments processed prior to a cancellation are nonrefundable, even if not yet received.

The purchase of six (6) bottles of wine will activate my membership. Activation bottles count towards Club Member Shipments. Three Feathers Estate will communicate details of my Flight Club membership by email and I authorize communication through this method.
