Shipping and Returns
Please understand that all shipments of alcohol require the signature of an adult with the proper identification in the destination location. As such, we recommend that you provide a daytime delivery address where an you or another adult who can act on your behalf will be available to receive your shipment. For this reason, shipments cannot be made to post office boxes.
Wine is perishable and can be damaged by heat or cold in transit. We work hard to make sure shipments arrive in good condition and at our discretion may hold your shipment until conditions are more favorable.
While it is not required, as we do ship from Oregon we do recommend limiting your wine’s exposure during shipping to two or three days. If you are shipping to the East Coast, we ask you to carefully consider expedited shipping.
Regardless of your carrier and ship time, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All applicable sales taxes will be charged when you place your order. We utilize the online tax rate service TaxJar to assess the correct tax rate on our wine and shipping when taxable, and include it in the total cost of your order. Our fulfillment provider, Oregon Wine Services, then pays the tax on your behalf to the correct authority, or authorities when multiple rates are in place. For your records, assessed sales taxes are shown in the shopping cart, during checkout and in your order email.
Unable to Ship
At present, we are able to ship to 29 states. To determine if we can ship to you, simply use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart or during checkout. Rates are only provided for U.S. states to which we can ship and we will inform you then that we are unable to ship to your state.
We use both FedEx and UPS for shipping wine at the same rate for either carrier. If you have a preference, please indicate it when placing your order. Every effort is made to use your preferred carrier, but in select cases, typically based on address deliverability, we will use the alternate in order to ensure your shipment arrives.
As our wine is perishable, we do not accept returns.
If the wine was damaged in shipping or did not arrive at all, please contact us immediately at We will endeavor to make things right as much as we are able.
In the case of shipping damage, please document the state of the packaging with photographs, as those images will assist in handling your claim.
